The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek welcomes families. We offer great experiences for children and their parents. The Winter Garden, with its subtropical palms and goldfish pond, holds a strong attraction for children, and the museum’s collections are also interesting for children. Occasionally we offer a treasure hunt in the galleries. Check the calendar for more information.

FOOD AND DRINK

The Café Glyptoteket can adjust servings to suit children. Packed lunches can be enjoyed in the lunch area in the museum’s basement.

PRAMS AND PUSHCHAIRS

Prams must be left outside the museum. A folding pushchair may be borrowed during a visit to the museum. The pushchairs are provided on request at the entrance to the museum. Please note that several of the galleries are only accessible via staircases.

The basement also has a cloakroom with lockers for bags, which are not allowed in the collections, as well as vending machines and baby changing facilities – an additional baby changing area can be found on the ground floor opposite the entrance to the Ancient Mediterranean. Floor plans are available at the museum.
