HIRING OF ROOMS AT THE GLYPTOTEK

The Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek offers an exclusive setting for large-scale functions, such as gala dinners, awards ceremonies, conferences, concerts, receptions, product launches and other events. Restaurant Babette and Café Glyptoteket will help you create the right menu.

We can also offer a range of guided tours – such as tours in French and Danish Painting, together with one of Northern Europe’s largest collections of ancient art.

Please note that the Glyptotek does not have facilities for minor business meetings.

TOURS

The Glyptotek can arrange special tours for private groups. A tour lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Parties are limited to 25 persons.
Bookings for guided tours can be made by email guidedtours@glyptoteket.dk. Bookings should be made no later than 14 days in advance. Cancellations must be made no later than a week in advance.

Tuesday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. DKK 775
Saturday – Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. DKK 875

TOURS OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS

A guided tour outside the Glyptotek’s opening hours requires a special opening of the museum. This makes the tour considerably more expensive. A guided tour for a maximum of 25 people outside opening hours thus costs from DKK 4000, including payment to attendants and VAT.
